Shai founded Integrum ESG in 2018. He began his career on the buyside at what is now JP Morgan AM, before moving to the sellside where he worked in several research roles, including being Head of Research at Macquarie Group for 10 years. Shai has an M.A. in English from Cambridge University.

Tim joined Integrum ESG as CTO in 2020. He has a vast range of experience in Fintech with architectural and leadership roles at firms such as CSFB, BP, FTSE, the Bank of England and Analytic Risk Technology. Tim has an M.A. in Computer Science from Cambridge University.

Hannah joined the Research team at Integrum ESG in 2020. Prior to this, she worked as an Environmental Engineer at RSK Group. Hannah has a BSc in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Edinburgh and she holds the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Kate joined Integrum ESG as Finance Director in 2024. She began her career at PwC, training to become a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), before transitioning into roles within Private Equity and Venture Capital. With extensive experience in the SaaS sector, Kate has worked across a variety of high-growth companies in HealthTech, FinTech, and EdTech, helping to drive financial strategy and operational scalability. Kate has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Durham University.

Rémy joined Integrum ESG in 2022 to oversee research in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and AI capabilities. Prior to joining Rémy was a Research Fellow at Harvard. He holds an MSc in Mathematical Statistics from ENSAE Paris (Institut Polytechnique) and an MSc in Economics and Management from ESSEC Business School.

Abbie joined Integrum ESG as Head of Business Development in 2025. Prior to this, Abbie headed up the Sales Team at SeedLegals, consistently driving double digit YoY growth. Having worked in a variety of Sales roles in multiple industries (Digital Marketing, Law, Fashion, LegalTech), Abbie has a keen awareness of understanding exactly what a prospective client needs, in order to translate this into a successful product and commercial strategy. Abbie has a M.A. in Modern Languages from Oxford University.

Shauna joined the BD team at Integrum ESG in 2021, having previously worked in similar roles within Fintech companies. She holds a BA in English and New Media Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Harish joined the Business Development team at Integrum ESG in 2021. He started his career working within the Customer Experience Program Team at Amazon, before overseeing BD for the investment network Venture Giants. He has a BSc in Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ailsa joined Integrum ESG in the Business Development Team in 2023, having previously worked as a Consumer Insights Consultant at The One Picture Group. She graduated from Boston University and holds a BA in International Relations with a focus in Environment & Development.

Shrey joined the BD team at Integrum ESG in 2025, bringing corporate and institutional relationship management experience. She previously worked at HSBC, where she supported Global Financial Sponsors and Private Equity-backed companies on complex transactions and financial solutions. Shrey holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and an Advanced Diploma in Banking and Finance from LIBF.

Sagal has joined Integrum ESG as a Business Development Executive in 2025, bringing experience from similar roles in climate-tech and fintech companies, including the fintech unicorn GoCardless. Her expertise encompasses strategic business development for both SMB and enterprise clients, with a particular emphasis on pipeline generation. Sagal holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Roehampton.

Josh joined Integrum ESG as a Business Development Representative in 2025, after previously working in financial reporting at a top 10 accountancy firm. During this time, he worked in a specialist department with a range of London-based boutique private equity and asset management firms. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science (BaSc) in Global Sustainable Development from the University of Warwick.      

Adam joined the Machine Learning & Data Team at Integrum ESG in 2023. Prior to joining, he completed many internships including as a software engineering intern at the security consultancy PrincipleOne. He holds an MSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Durham.

Gabriel joined the Integrum ESG team in 2022, having previously worked as a Technology supervisor (Telecoms) with Hitachi Rail STS in Copenhagen, Denmark. He also worked as a Telecoms Engineer with a small startup in Ghana. Gabriel has an MSc in ICT and Entrepreneurship from Aalborg University in Denmark and a BSc in Telecoms Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

Mehmet joined the Integrum ESG team in 2024. He has a BSc in Computer Science from the the University of Manchester, achieving a 1st Class Honours and also completed an internship at the university after graduating.

Aaron joined Integrum ESG in 2024. Prior to this he spent three years gaining a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, achieving a 1st Class Honours.

Aron joined Integrum ESG in 2024. Prior to this he graduated from King's College London, earning a BSc in Computer Science.

Mark joined Integrum ESG in 2024, having previously worked as a Technology, Data and Analytics apprentice at PwC, completing multiple placements throughout his time at university. He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First Class in BSc Computer Science.

Dennis joined Integrum ESG in 2025. Prior to this he obtained a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester and a Master's degree in Computer Graphics, Vision and Imaging from UCL.

Molly joined the Research Team at Integrum ESG in 2021, having previously worked as a Research Analyst at the A.I powered B2B services company Globality. Molly has a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol, an MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy & the Environment at UCL and she holds the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Hazel joined the Research team at Integrum ESG in 2022, having previously worked as an Economist specialising in Social Value at the research consultancy, Simetrica-Jacobs. She holds an MA in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh, is a Full Accredited Researcher as issued by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and she holds the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Neha joined the Research Team at Integrum ESG in 2023, having worked previously in the ESG space for over 2 years at organisations including CRISIL Ltd. and SG Analytics. Neha has an MSc in Environment, Science and Society from UCL and she holds the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Alicia joined the Research Team at Integrum ESG in 2023, after working as a Carbon Accountant for Emitwise, the carbon management platform. Prior to this she was working as an Environmental Consultant for the engineering firm Atkins. Alicia holds an MEarthSci in Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford and she holds the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Will joined the Research Team at Integrum ESG in 2024, after completing an internship at an independent consultancy specialising in decarbonisation and sustainability and having worked as an Operations Specialist at the Media Agency EssenceMediacom. He has an MSc in Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy from King's College London, and also has a BSc in Anthropology and Geography from Oxford Brookes University. 

Ijah joined the Research team at Integrum ESG in 2024, after completing a BA Sociology (with a Specialism in Technology & Markets). Prior to this, he had completed internships as an ESG and Sustainable Finance Analyst at Channel Capital Advisors.

Richard is a highly experienced Chair with a rich history of working in technology sectors. He is the former chair of the ESG data platform Greenstone+ Ltd prior to its acquisition by Cority, Gamma Communications Plc, Servelec Group plc and Gresham Technologies Plc. He also currently chairs other technology businesses including Tribal Group Plc and iomart Group Plc.

Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a B.A. in Politics from the University of Sheffield.

Roux is a Portfolio Director at YFM Equity Partners, Private Equity fund managers and investors in Integrum ESG. He has a wide range of experience within financial services at firms such as EY and Deutsche Bank, transformation experience within industry at companies like Sky, ISS, and various SMEs, and has spent the last decade supporting high growth businesses as an investor. Roux is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

David has over 40 years in investment banking, communications and activist investing and works as an independent consultant. He currently serves as an advisor for Greenbrook Communications, Georgeson and is an advisory board member at the IoD Centre for Corporate Governance. David has an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University.

John is a senior partner at the law firm Wallace LLP, where he has worked for 25 years. He specialises in supporting owner-managed companies through their growth cycles. John has an M.A. in History from Cambridge University.

Max is the CEO of Malk Partners, a pre-eminent ESG advisory firm which partnered with and invested in Integrum ESG. Max has previously held leadership roles at Crosspoint Capital Partners, the software-focused private equity firm, and the management consultancy firms Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey. He has also led two high-growth LED businesses. Max has a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania.

Niall worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs before joining Citadel where he rose to become Co-Head of European Equities. He is the co-founder and CIO of the hedge fund Fifth Delta. Niall has a Bcom. in Economics from University College Dublin.

Alex joined the Machine Learning & Data team at Integrum ESG in 2025. He previously worked as an ML Engineer in an early-stage startup, where he researched and developed renewable energy site-finding technology. He graduated from the University of Durham with an MSci in Computer Science and Mathematics.
