Integrum ESG’s purpose is to make professional investors aware of how the companies in which they invest are managing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues.
We do that by offering investors a subscription to our online dashboard, which offers ESG data and ratings, issue-by-issue and company-by-company. Our input is created by the combination of Artificial and Human Intelligence.

Job Description
Integrum ESG is looking for an account manager to support the business’ growth. The work will be varied, but it will involve working within the Business Development team ensuring that prospective clients and current clients’ requests are met. The ideal candidate should be attracted to varied responsibilities, and be comfortable engaging with our research team in person, to get answers to queries, and then engaging clients via phone, email and video call to resolve their queries and support their success.

Integrum ESG does not mind if you have very limited work experience, and if your education and experience are not directly relevant to ESG. What we are looking for are the following attributes:
-Clear evidence of a high IQ, that can grasp new ideas and details quickly and loves learning (for example we expect a 2:1 from a reputable University.
-A team player who is naturally friendly, has a good sense of humour, and ‘mucks in’ wherever needed.
-A passion for sustainability, but also an interest in financial markets. You would be as interested in talking to a City investment banker and learning how they think, as talking to a Climate Change protestor.
-Well-mannered self-confidence. Many of the clients you will be speaking to are time-poor high-achievers, and you will need to be credible and calm when speaking to them.
-A very strong sense of accountability. Someone who never blames others for their mistakes, and who would never mind staying behind in the office in an emergency to help fix a problem for a client.

-The first interview will be on Zoom, with a member of the Business Development team.
-The second interview will be with the CEO.
-There will be an online IQ test, to be taken at home at a time of your choosing. It is essentially a multiple-choice verbal and numerical reasoning test; the results of which will be confidential.
-There will be a final chat with the wider team, which is as much for you to ask all and any questions, before committing to us.
Whilst there are more steps than many smaller firms require, we want to be sure you will be an excellent fit within our tight-knit team, and we are able to move through steps 2-5 in a short overall timeframe.
